When you send an enquiry

We collect the details you enter, including your name, email, phone number, and any information about your organisation, goals, readiness, and budget. We use them to review your enquiry, prepare for a conversation, and respond to you. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

How the website handles your details

Enquiries are stored through Supabase and reviewed in The Next Chapter’s dashboard. If you continue to scheduling, your name and email are passed to Calendly to prefill the booking form. The website briefly stores those details in your browser’s session storage and clears them when the calendar opens.

Website analytics

The website uses Meta Pixel to measure page visits and enquiry activity. The website’s tracking code sends the type of activity and enquiry topic, without including the name, email, or phone entered in the forms.

External websites

Videos, social profiles, and the booking calendar may use services such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Calendly. Their own privacy information applies when you use those services.
