7. Guest Release & Participation Agreement

I hereby grant The Next Chapter LLC, its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable right to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, stream, promote, and otherwise use my name, likeness, voice, image, biography, statements, photographs, and recorded interview content in any media format now known or developed in the future.


I acknowledge that all recordings, audio, video, photographs, clips, transcripts, excerpts, promotional materials, and related content produced from my participation shall remain the sole property of The Next Chapter LLC.


I understand that editorial decisions, including editing, publication, distribution, scheduling, promotional use, or non-publication of any content, remain solely at the discretion of The Next Chapter LLC.


I acknowledge that any production contribution or participation fee paid is non-refundable once production planning has commenced and does not guarantee publication, audience size, media coverage, sponsorship opportunities, business outcomes, or specific promotional results.


I confirm that the information I provide is accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I have the legal right to share any information, stories, opinions, or materials submitted.
